人間は毎日変化しているけど、情報は変化しないと言うのがよく分かる映像ですね。若かりし頃の倍賞さんの立ち居振る舞いは昔のまんま、微塵の変化もありませんね。それにしてもよくぞこんな貴重な映像をお持ちでしたね。

大木又四郎殿貴殿のコメントを、投稿された当時からずーっと気になっていた私です。それは次の文章です。｢若かりし頃の倍賞さんの立ち居振る舞いは昔のまんま、微塵の変化もありませんね｣の箇所です。私だったら｢昔のまんま｣と言う箇所は極めて違和感を覚えるので、そこを｢今に至っても｣とか、｢今現在も｣と書きます。貴殿の原文は日本語として、極めて奇異に感じます。

This clip drags because it is shown at normal speed, rather than the sped up rate it was intended for...so press setting and 1.5 to get an idea of how it was supposed to work.....Film-makers had the ability to record normal speed all the way back to the early 1900s, but they rea;sized that audiences preferred faster speeds in silent films...especially in comedies...

No. The original films ran at 18 fps, the newer at 24. These films were filmed and meant to be shown at 18 fps. I know, I have an original camera and projector.

This is my cousin! My dad Reginald Mullennix is the brother of Cynthia Mullennix. My dad to this day is still traumatized from this event. Unfortunately, their mother and my paternal grandmother died two weeks after this due to cancer and their father and my paternal grandfather died many years later. If she is found and is hopefully still alive (which my dad sadly doubts) she does have some family left and even some she hasn't met. I was born years after this happened.

これは日本では「愛染桂」として有名な歌で昔夜のゴールデンタイムにテレビドラマで一世を風靡していた物語の「君の名は？」の主題歌だったと思います。それが始まる時間になると銭湯の女湯がカラになった（当時の日本には各家にはまだ風呂がないところが多く銭湯に行くのが一般的でした）と言われる程女性に人気があったとテレビドラマであったと聞きました。（その当時まだ私ま生まれていませんでしたが今93歳ので寝たきりの母から昔聞いた話です。）

Looks very interesting. I like that you are writing from the man's viewpoint. Also love the retro setting. All of my stories have retro settings. I'd like to learn more about your writing. Your interest in silent movies and vintage settings for your stories strike a chord.

+Romance and Mystery My story isn't from the man's viewpoint but told in the third person such as " Warren thought about it"". Thanks for showing interest in my writing, Crying the Nightingale will be published but I still don't know when.
