@@galaxytv1691 I'm sonewhere around 540 or so on Tubi. They also have the films that starred the original cast. The only drawback is that Tubi considers "episode 1" to be the episode where Willie opens Barnabas' tomb.

Vaguely remember this show from when I was young. My sister watched it. All these years later, 2023, a guy I work with talked about how he and his wife have been streaming it. So, I started watching it. I love the cheap filming budget and the actors really were quite good considering the gaffs of other actors and occasional noises and disturbances from stage hands while shooting. What gets me was that as fun, maybe creepy, and dramatic as the show was, Barnabas is kind of a bore for a vampire. I would have enjoyed it more had he been sucking more necks than he did!

Moltke.. thought her character, Victoria Winters, was boring. She couldn't see that "Victoria" was a plum role. Sad, she couldn't see beneath the "surface" of the character.

Yes, there were certainly a lot of beautiful women on Dark Shadows, but I had a huge crush on Lara Parker. I was a shy 17 year old schoolboy, and she was my daily fantasy! I also had a crush on Kathryn Leigh Scott as Maggie Evans, but Lara Parker as Angelique mesmerized me. I'd rush home each day, couldn't wait to see her hatching out another one of her evil schemes! Her beautiful face, with its large eyes just sucked me in!

@@thomasromano9321 Negative. In an earlier ep in black and white Josette's name was given as originally LaFreniere. This is even mentioned in a Dark Shadows series themed book ( one NOT written by this lady here). Realize your mistake.

@@fnoce5948 acknowledge my mistake. Didn't know that. Had always thought it was Dupre. I know that Kathryn, among some of her other characters like Maggie Evans, also had double acting chores playing the ghost of Josette. (Remember that special effect of her walking out of her painting in a bridal dress at the Old House? I thought it was one of the best special effects ever done on the show).

You're Wrong to label KLS "stubborn"... because, truthfully, she's given so much to the DS Community & fans over the decades.

Carolyn was gorgeous pansy Faye her and Carl he was so cute but he was awesome as Willie he was so sexy they were a perfect fit I wish they could have had a love story line with Willie and Carolyn her teeth were gorgeous I love every role she played❤🍾🥂 she was made for that role and anyone she played on Dark Shadows she gave it everything it deserved🌹 I still watch it today it still has the same power it had the late'70s early80s after school in the summertime was fantastic❤❤❤❤❤❤🍾🍾🥂🥂🥂🌹 she had the perfect '60s look in that time period a lot of beautiful and bad days gone bye🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹❤ Dark Shadows fan forever❤
