It looks like it has a very soft detent because it has very little snap or pop when you open it. Sounds and looks mushy, but that could just be the handler.

I have this knife and I couldn't agree with you more on small knife lovers will love this. This thing doesn't feel like an 8.5 inch knife at all.

I saw the same drawing and had the same reaction. I'm not ready to go KOY, but something incredible has to come out before the end of the year to beat it.
