Egbon, I have been following your political career since the 1980s, i remember you contested for an elective office in the abule oja area of Lagos in the mid-1980s. You've always aligned your politics with the conversative leaning strand of politics in Nigeria. I knew your support for Peter Obi was not borne out of convictions but parochial or political expediency. I'm glad to hear you own up to it, for that you have my respect. Obidiots are not known for their knowledge of the Nigerian political space. they're a bunch of thin-skinned bullies, vile, malevolent, tribal warriors, and religious bigots. Who thinks an election is a coronation. Obi has left a stench of insurmountable odor on our political space that's so pernicious it may yet never evaporate from our atmosphere. As a result, he will never be the president of this country. His minions of IPOB foot soldiers are the ones calling themselves the Obidiot movement. They, too, have ensured that the emergence of an igbo presidency has been pushed further away from reality. Politics of regionalism, tribal allegiance, and religious warriors only widen the fault lines in a country mired in the murk of unmanaged multi ethnic and multi religious pollity like Nigeria. I'm glad you left the ranks of those economic saboteurs, inpatient bird brains, poorly educated, badly raised, unenlightened, and social media miscreants called Obidiots.

The man is stating the obvious you are here insulting him. Obi go into party based on religion and ethics. His campaign was on religion and ethnicity. His people voted massively for him based on ethnicity. He garnered over 90% votes in the SE which has never happened in the country. Atiku won some in the SW likewise Tinubu won in the North. Unlike Obi, no one got 80% in their various regions

There is nothing wrong with Okupe's decision to leave Peter Obi, but the uncomplimentary remarks are shocking from a DG of a third force that gave Nigerians hope of a rebirth of Nigeria. This goes to show that Tinubu knows how politics is played in a lawless country. Aside from buying you over, you must recant your moral virtue and attack the opposition. Only if these people know the damage this does to their persons. My problem with Nigeria is the brazen lawlessness it displays. This is the former DG of Labour Party admitting that his party participated in election rigging. However, ICPC and CSOs would not move to get him arrested. It is important for his head to be examined to uncover how the party rigged the 2023 elections. How do we solve this perennial problem and malfeasance, if people like Okupe are not made to account for their sins and degradation of Nigeria. He even had the impudence to reference the United States...#wearenotready!!!
