The bobbing camera is a bit much. Top view though.

Watched again, has a better plot than most of the sci-fi I've watched lately. The constant glow from the CGI is the only thing that detracts from the quality of the production. 5/5 from me.

This is the 1st Star Trek Enterprise movie that I've ever seen.So does that mean that the Hoizion is the NX-03 and of course there's the Enterprise NX-01 and the Columbia NX-02 .I just discovered that there's another federation ship the Discover NX-03 and so the Horizon NX-04 . That's alot of ship's since the Enterprise NX-01 has been Decommitioned.

There has to be a break in the timeline. There are too many inconsistencies in "Star Trek: Enterprise" for it to be consistent with the original series.

Your video is so very well done! And it gives me hope that one day at least humanity (not to mention the Vulcanians etc.) will unite. One human race, where black or white or red skin won't play any role, nor would nationality or sexual orientation. All these would not count much more than, say, one's eye colour. One day... Oh, by the way, mine are blue. Ah, you thought that...?😉

This is what made me so pissed off with the CBS response to Axanar, this was just as high quality with regards to effects, camera, etc. Acting not great, but still competition and they did NOTHING! With Axanar they murdered them. You can also tell, this was not cheap to make.

its impossible for this to be live action as the majority of the actors have past away so this is false advertising!!!!

A good story. Acting was ok but they all seemed to have a chip on their shoulders and were agressive in their manner (lends me to think that it had more to do with the director than the actors). Even subordinates tookadvantahe of their positions when addressing more senior people. But overall, a pretty good movie

Fun fact: humanity and their allies had no idea what the Romulans looked like until Kirk and Spock saw one on view screen. During the war between the Romulans Empire and the Coalition of Planets military action was strictly ship-to-ship with no face-to-face encounters on record (at least, none that left survivors on the alliance side) and the final armistice was negotiated via radio, audio only.

I just watched this movie and was completely blown away that this is a fan film. It was better then multi million budget Hollywood drivel that so called top producers make. The acting, special effects, story were top notch. I don't know how they did it but kudos to them and would love to see more of their work.

Washed out effects, poor script, and a cast that reads lines like an improve group. Seems almost like they had ChatGPT write the script after weighing the likelihood key words would be used.

Man, people on the internet sure like to be mean just for the sake of being mean. And let's see you do something better and more impressive. It's a given that you can't.
@morfbb2 ай бұрын
@@StarFuryG7 You're right, I can't because I stick to things I do well at. As a mechanic I can tell you that there are plenty of people that "really like cars" that shouldn't try to create their own either. Being poor videographers simply means that they don't do well at making movies that are of good quality. There are multiple studios that have produced Star Trek movies and series that have been of good production quality. This is not one of them. I have the tools to measure the short comings. You aren't obligated to agree with my assessment. You are welcomed to get a second opinion.
@StarFuryG72 ай бұрын
@@morfbb Try looking up the term "fan film" when you have a moment. It's usually synonymous with _amateur_ filmmakers, actors, etc. Nowhere is it written nor expected that a 'fan film' will be on par with a major studio production. By design that simply can't be the case. This film was shot on a small budget with people in front of the camera that for the most part aren't professionals. Try cutting them all a little slack instead behaving like a typical nasty internet troll. There's a saying, "If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all." Is this a perfect film? Of course not, and I know where it falls short and where things could have been done better. But overall, a tremendous amount of work went into this movie, it does contribute to the "Star Trek: Enterprise" TV show canon on its own, and it's simply not all bad. I especially like the opening scene with the Discovery dropping out of warp and ensconced in battle. That was done pretty darn well for an amateur production. Finally, you admit that you're an auto mechanic who is therefore not qualified to make a film, be it short or otherwise. That being the case, perhaps you're not qualified to judge movies either for that matter. So, by all means, stick to what you do know, which has nothing to do with making movies.
