A flocculant, presumably a proprietary blend. Like alum, flocculants cause clumping, which allows settling and filtering of microscopic contaminants.

Hi mate do you have a better method for treatment of latex liquid coating high concentration at times we use a coagulant polyalumiium chlorine & a polyclay as flocculation but the high concentration of latex doesn't settle that well even at 80% water 20%latex treated!!

It’s an acrylic polymer. It binds the aggregate together. As long as the dirt or aggregate is able to be compacted this will work.
