brother, its all about curing the smoker, i made a vid on the easiest way, and dont forget your heat block i put mine in the smoker chamber , just above the fire

well sir you are either a liar or you don't really know what you talkin bout cause i went to college to manage hotel restaurants and was in real food service for 40 yrs. fed 3 presidents Clinton jr and sr bush and jr bush and literally 10 of thousands of REAL CUSTOMERS in my career so like i said get a life, and spread your arm chair bullshit some where else. you sir aren't qualified to judge ANY real cook . and if all you made in your career is sergeant you are a disgrace to the uniform you wore and the us military where i made Sargent in 2 yrs. have a great day and kiss my real cook ass

all this little smoker needs is the heat tape to seal it and i lined the fire box with the fire bricks. the efficiency doubled

i forgot to say we paid 350 at the h.e.b here in Texas you may be able to get a better price at the website . on small cooks you can actually use a charcoal grill , if you put the wood to one side and smoke at a low temp ,and this will sound funny, but when you get your smoke in (bout an hr on small meats) you can finish in your home oven and get a decent result. i got tips and tricks , so please holler if ya want
