I totally agree with you Sage @the first pop culture. Thats what folklore was, really, way before the contemporary. Interesting, enlightening, Sage. Kudos, brother 👍🏾 On the other hand though, im not sure Poets would be so enriched if they didnt have the luxury of other peoples works in books. I see people do better who are exposed to more literary works of poetry. Yet, that which is written, must be taken on the lips and spoken in order to spread it and influence ",culture". Eminem fir instance i consider sn amazing contemporary poet. Yet, dude isnt educated. All street culture. Truly, "they're born". Yet it would be nice to preserve his wirk in books for proper anakysis. One may say, theyre preserved already in albums. But prople learn differentky, aye? Just thinking 🤔.....

We used to have epic Poetry competitions in schools. I hardly see those these days. I myself have worked while in active classroom teaching, to take Poetry more seriously amongst the children, even introducing the kids to the art of "voicing", voice acting, etc another amazing industry on its own. I believe 'schools' is one pathway to preserving Poetry. And of course more of this sort of symposium to constantly create awareness and have the matter in the faces of the people. That said, kudos for this and for all that you do. This gladdens my heart. All the best with it. Well done. ❤🎉
