You need to remove your performance fees and just have a management fee. Also since inception PIFI has not beaten or close to the S&P 500. What are the reasons for having which a delta in performance of nearly 4.7% p.a. You should just move to a closed ended structure and as you performance improves the NAV you will gets a bigger amount in fees.

While there were no major surprises, the equity adjustments appear strategic, signaling long-term intent rather than a full portfolio liquidation, which aligns with their ongoing commitment to expanding technology growth initiatives. Revenue projections appear on track to surpass our 2030 estimates made in 2020, aiming for the $100M mark by 2030. Much of this revenue is dependent on the successful implementation of new contracts over the next five years. Under CEO Steven Myhill-Jones, $DJCO continues to move decisively in the right direction.

Agreed that Alibaba’s new leadership, Eddie Wu and Joseph Tsai, have postponed the splits and IPOs to shift focus from immediate restructuring to strengthening core operations, especially cloud computing. Difficult IPO markets in China are also influencing and delaying the spin-offs, as management waits for better conditions. We use the financials from each business line to determine the value. The physical separation should act as a catalyst for price increases whenever it occurs, because the market will recognize some of the hidden value. Delaying the BABA spin-offs also provides another meaningful advantage as BABA continues its enormous share buyback strategy at considerably undervalued prices. As you know, this tax efficient return of capital is highly attractive to shareholders.
