Trying to fix logitech farming steering wheel to Work in forza but when I try to bind something in emuwheel its just say [0] Y directly so cant bind anything… what am I doing wrong? Or doesnt that steering wheel work in Forza?

Does anyone know a fix here? My wheel works just fine but I can't get to bind the shifter or the handbrake both are unrecognisable in the bind zone no matter what I do. *works on every game but this one and I run the steam version btw.

I don't think they have changed much on the ffb front so this guide should still kinda work, although it could be different but i haven't bought or played the game

i got the exact same wheel. it works perfectly with xbox360 emulator, but on controller you need to counter steer. here in the game settings i cant put any bind but axis 3? did you get that one?

Man it’s crazy to find this video. I don’t own an Xbox anymore to check but my names MomboTron on the leaderboards. Last time I checked 8+ years ago I was top 8 for AWD maple valley. I’m always curious if I still have a top spot. I believe I ran 85.2k in the Bugatti for Maple Valley full. Would be awesome to one day know it’s still up there at the top spot I played on the sticks to get it too

Im having the problem you skipped right over.... I cant map anything. If I use the break first, it thinks all the buttons are the Z axis. If I use anything else first, it thinks everything is the X axis. Even pressing nothing, it says I cant rebind the X axis.

@@saxvaa4ever818 askin me lol I gave up, it shouldn’t be this difficult to use a racing wheel in a racing game haha. Could never get ffb to work, could not get the wheel to work at all in horizon. Was able to set my HE pedals and shifter, and e brake. The game will not recognize my steering axis. I got it to work in Fm7, again though no FFB.

I just dont like that the brake physics change on the wheel! on controller you can trail brake or just brake into a corner! On wheel it feeks as tho the brake bias is heavy to rhe rear causing the back end to constantly wash out

The physics don't change, the friction based input filter on the controller doesn't just limit the input based on the front tyre friction, it also accounts for the rear tyre friction as well. So the filter nearly perfectly holds the cars on slip angle, which is why controllers are so fast, on a wheel you have to do it 100% manually which is very difficult

Going from real life to Sim is always harder because your used to having alot more information, it takes time to adapt to just having visual cues and FFB feel

Using VRS, the game itself runs fine but I can't get the Dpad to set up in emuwheel. Pretty much requires a mouse to navigate the menu which is annoying. Thanks for the video though!
