In part 2 Woody is checking out all the toys from his Round up show. Pops a snake out a big boot and says "Oh, i get it. Theres a snake in my BOOT." Because that is his line. Not boots. He did not originally say boots in this one particular scene. People claiming that are either disinformation agents or just stupid. The person who uploaded the video even put 'boot' in the title.
