Trying 1 egg with 1/4 cup oat milk (microwaved 30 sec), steaming for 6 mins and then turning burner off while leaving everything on the burner for another 6 mins. Will update with results shortly... Ah crap forgot to take the bubbles out lol. A million bubbles on top. Came out decently aside from that. Tastes kinda like a omlet and has the consistency of flan. Tastes pretty plain without anything, unsurprisingly. So I put some honey and cinnamon on top which helps a lot. Anticipate letting it cool for at 5-10 mins because it will be too hot to eat. Could maybe add some butter and vanilla extract to help w/ flavor? I'm not chef by any means... so that might not help lol

Turn a small plate upside down in a large bowl. Add watermelon, the liquid will drain and keep the melon crisp longer.

I can't believe I made it to 63 years old without ever having to cut a watermelon to serve at a picnic! Didn't know how to do anything other than slice it. KZbin to the rescue! Thanks for this quick, simple tutorial😀
