DO NOT RISK 1:03 EATING THEIR FROZEN MUSSELS- THEY EXPLODE IN YOUR MICROWAVE & TASTE DIFFERENT THEN PREVIOUSLY. WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY THEY HAD ZERO QUALITY CONTROL PEOPLE THERE TODAY. MUSSELS ARE DANGEROUS TO EAT IF NOT PREPARED CORRECTLY!!!

How are these Steelhead? These are just large farm fed rainbow trout. In the definition Steelhead are migratory rainbow trout. These fish will never compare to the clearwater river strain fish that swim to the Pacific and back. Or the coastal winter Steelhead that swim and come back.

They taste great. They test better than any other steelhead I have ever eaten.
@lancedavis5752 ай бұрын
These are sterile rainbow trout called triploid, and definitely not a steelhead. They left out the part of bringing the eggs to a certain temperature so they will be sterile and grow tremendously fast like a steer cow. Super high in fat and taste really good but not even close to a upriver summer steelhead.

We loved oysters we bought yesterday from your Portland on Powell Blvd store and they are the very best oysters we've ever had! We watched the how to shuck video and then this one popped it. We are wowed! Your quality of your oysters match the quality and descriptions of your video. The ling cod we ate last night from your store was also outstanding!

Does Pacific Seafood still truck Oysters from Eureka California to South Bend Washington once a week ? ...
@PacificSeafood9 ай бұрын
Thanks for the question, David! Pacific Seafood has processing locations along the coast of California, Oregon, and Washington. This allows for our oysters to be processed quickly after harvest to maintain their fresh flavor, no matter where they’re grown. Our oysters from Humboldt Bay, California are processed minutes away at our facility in Eureka, California, and then shipped to our customers nationwide.
