I am from Georgia and just bought my primary residence home here in Jacksonville Florida in 2024. I'm a 23 year old full time tax accountant but I've done one flip to rent with my family doing all the work in Georgia all cash but it was a cheaper low income neighborhood property. You have to get a permit to do the roof? In new orleans we don't do that. Sorry for all those people in Florida who needs new roofs. But i know a lot of contractors heading that way for work. Just to do roofs
