Man, just listen to Jimmy Hendrix if you haven’t. I advise you to kick it off with „Voodoo Chile”. You’ll see.

I believe backdoor man could have double meaning. Usually ref to a man coming and going out of a married womans house.

If you are just starting to explore 70s music, you should know, there was no autotune in those days. They'd use a little reverb, but the rest was all talent. Good luck, enjoy exploring.

You might want to check out Genesis. Before he went solo Phil Collins sang and played the drums for that group.

A couple of singers/bands you might give a listen to are Judas Priest's "Hell Bent for Leather" sung by Rob Halford or Ronnie James Dio singing "The Man on the Silver Mountain" with Rainbow.

Well, how high was the GoldenChildRy when recording this? Hotel California is supposedly all about the problems of being "into" drugs in the late 1970s. GoldenChildRy appears not to even recognize the common symptoms, a clear indication of the unsighted trying to lead the blind. Is GoldenChildRy sober or high? Either way, this cannot end well...

I saw them in 1977 in college. There were so many dudes in the front that you couldn't make your way to the front of the stage. Ann Wilson was dressed entirely in black leather, including thigh-high black leather boots. When they sang Kick it Out, she backed up to the drum kit and slid on her knees all the way up to the front of the stage. Just awesome. Dude, educate yourself.

Terrific Reaction/Review! I caught Led Zeppelin when I was a teenager at The Whiskey A Go Go, they were special, carried a little of the Yardbirds magic into the '70s! Page had charisma! 🎼 🔊 🎶

Saw them in 1973 outside the Royal Exhibition building in Fitzroy Melbourne, I was 12 and it was my first concert! ps: Melbourne is the only city in the world to win World's most livable city 7 years running and was recently voted friendliest city in the world. This video was shot in the heart of Melbourne down Swanston Street. Us school kids used to sing: It's a long way to the shop if you want a sausage roll.
