Is this a gated community or growing large residential community or luxury town like PlayaCar for example, Im living in Canada right now Richmond hill but I have a place in Friday harbour in northern Ontario it is like a community and luxury resort but I’m looking to move all of my money to Mexico and also invest in rentals and properties to live myself with 2 kids and my wife I have about 4.4 million dollars in general to spend on property including savings and my home which I own here I am planing to sell I just want to find a community in Tulum like PlayaCar I’m wondering what I can get for 4.4 million dollars here in Tulum or anywhere in the maya Rivera. I just need advice I have already been to the Mayan Rivera many times especially playa del Carmen and I know it’s perfectly safe there and that information etc I just want advice on available properties in my price range as a mentioned before and with a salary of around 515k.

Don't forget the kalica who keep destroying the jungle and trust me it probably destroys so many cenotes and a lot of trees but the news doesn't like to show because it came from the PRI and PAN... This PRI and PAN are very corrupt and don't help the people from Mexico they are like deseas

Estimated to lift over a million people out of poverty in one of the poorest parts of Mexico so yes it is worth it.
