I literally just left Prime during the TNT phase. I just couldn't deal with being cooped up for 3 months with a stranger. Mind you I have been in college dorm with 3 different roommates, but something about that experience was just different Lmao. So now Im at another mega carrier with a shorter training period. Congratulations to you and I hope that your are still prospering!

Do you think I can do this and go to school online..............will I have enough time, and do you ever have any safety concerns when you have to park the truck at rest stops by yourself???

@@ashockablack1670 you could definitely do this and take classes online especially if you drive solo.. you’d get 10hrs off a day then a 34hr break almost weekly. I’d say get a feel for trucking first because you may be tired until you’re used to it. As far as safety, I will park but I don’t get out to go in rest stops at night. There’s always a truck stop you can go to.

Your story is amazing &I'm loving every bit of this for you. I'm practically 50, upgraded from classB to A. B paid me $71k home everyday. Never any wknds. How can I find a job to drive whenever I want &take off whenever I want? My son has issues &its just us so i need to be present now more than ever!

Hi, if the B paid you 71k I’d roll with that tbh. Otr drivers are dealing with brokers not wanting to pay well so the rates aren’t what they used to be. You could work for a smaller company that is 1099k and they may pay you better but you won’t have the freedom you’re speaking of. In this case, it seems like being able to be home daily is the best option.

@@eliseshaw0915 you just have to trust yourself and drive at the speed you’re comfortable with regardless to how anyone feels. Once you drive certain places once, it gets wayyyyy easier. Also, your husband can help you when it’s too scary until you learn it.

Love this! I used to drive with my Spouse. I miss it as we started to invest in Stock to secure the future of our kids.I got my invested stock capital from truck driving . My main purpose of stopping was because we now have kids and also we have been able to meet our financial goals with the help of a CFA . Stay safe and keep on trucking, beautiful!

I start cdl school in almost 4 months, community college. Using the downtime to learn pretrip at home, doing my research on a lot of companies. I have faith that I will eventually find a trucking job fresh out of school. I stay in a small town which is a plus kinda nervous about the process great video.

I am currently struggling, living paycheck to paycheck, and have no direction in life and I am so sick and tired of it! I am so sick and tired of living this way and I want a better life than this! So, I quit smoking weed two months ago and have been studying to get my CDLs so that I can level up my life and have financial security! This was a very inspirational and motivational story! I have a REALLY stupid questions but its legit for me. I drive 5 hours from my new town to my home town to visit family and having my foot on the gas pedal that whole time kills my leg. my question is do you experience this with your truck driving or is there a cruise control on the truck (STUPID I KNOW LOL) but its a make or break for me tbh.

That’s not a stupid question at all. I would understand if trucks didn’t have cruise control because of the size but YES, semis have cruise control. The only time I don’t use it is if I’m in a city or if the weather isn’t good.

Right I had to learn that also ! No response is a Response. But sis Aways remember: there are some unhappy people out Here . And some men just have No respect for women because they’re Unhappy within themselves. Just give opposite energy. Remember YOUR Happiness. And a lot of the new drivers are about that money 💰. So the Ones that Have nothing to Show for their Hard Work : they’re intimidated by you.
