This has to be one of my favourite properties I have seen . Massive plot, beautiful landscaped garden , multiple usable outdoor areas, a huge pool! I love the use of natural stone , lovely outdoor terraces. Superb!! By the way, what is the length of the swimming pool ?👌

Soooo , get one apt. and rent it for 3k/month or get 7 smaller and rent them with 1k/month each , i guess the 7 win :) This one has the €750,000 price

A €1m house with small bedrooms. No formal dining rooms. Encroached on all sides by other properties. No thought what so ever to exterior space layout. It's compromised in so many different ways. I'd put it in the €500 k bracket. This is a genuine appraisal on the property having built 5 houses in various parts of the world and its just my view. Someone will look at this property and go wow.

Hi 😉thx for your comment. The most important thing about this house is its location, it is located close to the beach. As for the small bedrooms, this is a typical Spanish building, but the house has a huge guest room and kitchen, thanks to 360 days of sunshine a year, people spend most of their time on the terraces ☀☀☀
