Unable to find Health option in SeTracker. Also unable to send a voice message from watch to the mobile. Can't see the sender name of the text msg.

Hello I have few qus 1) If I configure application on one mobile phone and insert a SIM to watch for testing. Later can I use other SIM card and Mobile for configuration and locator. 2) Can we we use 2-3 mobile to track watch location?
