feels weird writing this, but coming back to this it reminds me of junior year of high school right as things started to turn around. 2019 from start to finish was just ass and it felt like i couldnt do anything about it, but around this time i started smoking again and i vividly remember being in my room w a candle lit hitting my dab pen with the lights off at like midnight listening to this. it gave me hope things were gonna get better, and funnily enough they did. my best friend and i had a huge falling out and hadnt talked pretty much the entire first half of the school year, and after winter break i reached out to him to ask to do something really mundane like go to the basketball game that nobody went to. we ended up going back to his place and playing bo2 zombies like we used to. i put my ego aside and gave him a proper apology and i guess in some sort of snowball effect everything else completely turned around, even thru covid. im a senior in college now and we’re still absolute boys.
