He has also voiced Bloo from Foster's, Lord Hater from Yander Over Wander, and, more relevantly, he voiced Megamind in the 2010 tie-in game for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, as well as infamously voicing Megamind in Vs. The Doom Syndicate and Rules. I don't want to be rude, but somehow he does a better impression of Will Ferrel in this commercial and the game than he does in the second movie/show. Like, search up Megamind video game cutscenes and you will probably agree.
