Back around 2017. My son was starting to go down the wrong path. So we moved away from that town and got a 10 acres out in the country with a shop. Went and looked at 98 chevy test drove it a week prior it was good went and picked it up. No lie turned it over and it shot a rod threw the bottom of the block got the truck for 400 bucks. We tore that engine out piece by piece then went to the junk yard found 1 that wasnt locked up. And got it, and put it back in it took roughly 4 to 6or so months with my work schedule but the only thing that gave us trouble was the disbursed cap trying to get the timing rite. My son is now 21 out on his own but i believe that was 1 of the best things we done i think every young man should do simething like that. It teaches them alot.
