The ending is still kinda sad though 😭 why not say as Mikasa is about to kill eren he transfers his consciousness to his spine so it would look as if she killed him in Ymir's perspective and eren quickly regenerates his head/body without anyone knowing making ymir remove the power of the titans from the world and everyone lives happily ever after

This has unfortunately become the same as any other fanfiction where the author is too scared to deviate from the canon because they can't actually write. This is just canon with Yuji having inconsequential powers that ultimately change or do nothing. You may as well have called this, "What if Yuji had red eyes with three commas?"
