@@ajh_8 thank you! i’m really happy that you do :) as for Buford, i will certainly do an updated driving tour - it’s just a matter of when i can get around to doing it. i upload my videos in the order of when i recorded them so it will be a while before there’s an updated tour of Buford since i haven’t recorded one yet but there will definitely be one.

@@TheFreeAgent2024 absolutely! i’ve sat in those backups more times than i can count. it would really help if GDOT would reconfigure the entire interchange.. Pooler is not the small sleepy town it once was.

@@pimpsquad27 it’s been repaved since this video was filmed, at least the Top End has. the section on the west side may still need to be repaved since the concrete was in pretty bad shape the last time i drove it (about three months ago)

The reason why they changed the street name of 141 was because of the ever-changing nature of Chamblee (and likely Doraville, as well)

@@TheFreeAgent2024 you are right! if i’m not mistaken, i think the two cities voted to rename the road sometime in the 2000s, but it wasn’t until a few years ago that signage started to reflect that. considering some other roads around town w/ “Industrial” in their name, i didn’t think this one was bad.. but i will say it does reflect the current nature of the two cities (Chamblee in particular).

@@jonnybrussat3965 i completely agree. a lot of the stretch of I-20 from I-285 on the eastside to Conyers needs to be upgraded. hopefully some work will be done eventually, but only time will tell.

@@camexplores The trick is to find a road that ISN'T under construction. And the TDOT has a habit of beginning a project, blocking off a lane or two with a thousand orange barrels, and then moving on to another project, for say, five years. Not kidding.

no, i use a suction cup mount that goes on my windshield. it wasn’t properly secured so that’s why you saw the hood of my car in some spots whenever i hit a bump
