Hi, I am always looking for a different way to make a calendar card and happened upon your video. I have been sending mine out for the last 5 yrs. I only had a template for a landscape view, but really like how yours is like a portrait view. I have so much DSP that I could send out cards for another 10 yrs! I get my calendars from the same place and love the speedy service. Thanks for sharing. 😊

I put a dimensionals at the top of houses, but glue down across the bottom edge. Sort of still gives the effect, but not quite as thick. 🤷

I made a variety of cards for a friend and she said: “I don’t want to send these to anyone because they’re so beautiful!” I also make tip envelopes to give to a restaurant server when we eat out. I made some for a friend and she said, “Not every server deserves one of these. I’m picky about giving them out.” Oh. My. Gosh!! I always say: I can make you more!!

This is an older video, so some of the designer series paper, etc may have retired. The new catalogs (both the Stampin’ Up! annual and mini catalogs) have great options. I picked up the nail files at a retail store-I can’t recall which one. You can take a look at the latest designer series paper and stamp sets in my online store: www.cardsbycoco.stampinup.net

Watching replay…This is my first time watching you. Thank you for “crafting without a design in mind”. I am somewhat new and get very discouraged how long it takes me to create something if I don’t CASE exactly. Now I understand that is part of the process and hopefully I will get faster at it like you. Really like this nail file idea.

I made one. Super cute and easy. Is it supposed to be open at the bottom? The file comes out at the bottom. Did I fold it wrong?

I think I put a bit of glue at the bottom and held it with a clothespin until it dried.
