Cool city! I would add a rooftop bar and restaurant but also leave room for HVAC units and mechanical stuff that is found on top of buildings. Also, here's a tip - if you want to make your building exteriors have more depth, build the windows with glass panes, and use brick walls/stairs underneath and on top of the window frames, this adds more depth and character to the budling.
