A few green flags about this video will tell you that this guy is seriously good. a) The recording of the piece is real and not made with a DAW, b) the piece is stylistically consistant, chromatically intricate and the motivic work well-crafted and c) the engraving is of high quality, even though it is obviously self-made on a widely used notation app. Well done! More original compositions, please!

Oh that’s just lovely. How nothing was rushed on the first movement, which contrasts to the delightful beginning to the second movement… Love the energy on the last section, though the melody can barely be heard. I could only make it out after reading the sheet music and I think, in this case, just how heavy the rest of the music is, the melody’s gotta blend in with it… but maybe it should have been clearer, playing the repetitive notes in function of the melody. Ultimately, dynamic marks are always relative (relative to something), so the fff could’ve been relative to the melody. Much love ❤️

Absolutely marvelous rendition of this sonata, which, believe it or not, is my favorite among Scriabin's. Short, but extremely passionate, it is very difficult to convey as much emotion and logic in the concise development as you did. The repeated motif variates in texture and sometimes voicing, the touch in the prestissimo section is delightful (althought a bit too quick for my taste, but this is highly subjective as I may be too used to Pletnev's account of this piece) and the buildup to the coda and the coda itself are wonderfully played as well. The melody on top can be distinguished but does not conceal the incredible harmonic conclusion, and Scriabin's rhythmic monotony (such as 6:47) to exaggerate moments of terror or intensity is left aside for a well-executed swingy/rubato approach that manages to remain on tempo. I must congratulate and thank you for offering us such an awe-inspiring recording (for free as well!).

Are Prokofiev's works PD in the US yet? or is it 2024?

Not sure, but if you search around, Dover used to publish a book of all of his sonatas, but this was during the Cold War and I think neither the US or USSR was all that fixated on copyright matters .
