I think its important to realize that everyone isn't completely in sync with Will, some of the better videos I have seen don't try to copy Will 100% they add their own spice. I really like David Cottle in the back in the black jacket, he does a unique blend of old school hip hop and contemporary dance, you can see a bit of that in this and other Jungle videos.
