if you snatch any more your asics weightlifting shoes are going to turn into asics shower sandals.

While I agree with you, it was not the point of focus for this movement early in the training phase. There are other videos of me squating much lower with the barbell.

much appreaciated. ALEX LEE (coach) has really helped me clean up the technique like there's no tomorrow.
The whole body is supposed to be used as one unit, right? Excellent So now as a lifter pushes their torso forward, they are also and with intent keeping the tension in their hamstrings, so that the posterior pulls you back into position towards the hips (in the “explosion phase”) leading to that aggressive brush sound that you hear as the direct effect. The other thing to note is the constant acceleration under the barbell. A lot of times as we are starting lifting, we may only focus on a big extension and forget that’s only 50% of the work, the rest of the pull is accelerating under the barbell with the intent of timing the catch whether the snatch or clean.

trying man, gotta be honest nursing school is harder than Oly. lifting. glad its only 12 weeks left, then I'm free to be full-time lilfter
It's not easy, but the hamstrings training like nordics have really helped with the bottom position.

Hello Eloi, IDK why you don’t have more comments, but I sure appreciate you sharing your training with the world. When I first started commenting on your videos ,I complimented you about your “Dojo” like treatment of your space. That’s because when I was a young man ( 1981-1988) I was privileged to work out in Olympic Coach Jim Schmitz’s old Sports Palace Gym in San Francisco….I literally got to breath the same sweaty air of many of the great National level lifters ( Ken Clark, Mario Martinez, Kurt Niver, Foster Weeks,John Bergman,Kevin Winter,Butch Curry, Giselle Shepatin, Rachel Silverman,etc) as they trained away. Such an awesome atmosphere!! You train as they all did: no nonsense, purposeful, clean technique, and strong! It is a cool reminder of simpler times in my life, and is refreshing to witness. I asked you about your height because I see that we both share the same long arse forearm geometry😂🤣😂. Anyway, thanks for listening, and I do appreciate your content! Stay safe and good training my friend! Shawn

Originally, I made this youtube to share with friends and family. Soon enough, nursing school will be over Dec 20, and I am slowly regain full strength in the ACL. next year is the time to shine again. For now, it will be slow, progressive, mundane, and nearly obscure. I compete in the 96kg class, and as far as I'm concerned fot the USAW nationals, none of those guys are doing numbers far out of reach, I saw 341kg total was top. Then I realized I had switched coaches 2023, so with the improving technique, I will add much more to my 320kg total. I'm still young and hungry, but there is no reason I can't get it done with more time, money, and overall time and resources next year, and even after that

Yeah, this was a 2015 WWC, Apti came in 3rd, I believe, while his comrade Artem Okulov took gold that year. Here are some highlights if interested. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qHzcpJSeh6yMhqcsi=bZ6L6cX5L5ymWqRN

How to take down ur shoulders xDD be careful man and good work
@eloiishya Жыл бұрын
the good news is through drills and accessories we can learn how to lock out the shoulders, elbows, and wrists in a very dynamic manner that allows us to hold much more weight in overhead positions than what would otherwise be possible, using less muscle coordination and stationary holds. In conclusion, using the torso and lower body as one to handle the weights
