I had never had a spiritual experience until this night and chose not to try for a second one when he played again in Broomfield a couple of years later. I was afraid it would alter the original experience somehow. The red sandstone former beach and home to dinosaurs was an incredible backdrop. His skill to take you there was profound. May he rest in peace. Life has not been the same since his death on Nov. 7, 2016 - a fateful month for us all.
