Can you speak to changes in Xactimate? I was trying to get access to the Demo version. I just spoke to them and they said there is no longer a Demo version. However, as trainers maybe you have access to the Demo version? Not sure how this works.

With xactimate and a Texas license, how soon can one get a job? Can one work remote or deployment?

If I get a certification from one IA firm can I use that certification for a different IA firm or do I have to certify for each firm?

Hi i have a question; the series number dictated on the exam for independent adjusting do those coinside; when i say that i mean if one theorectically took the exam for motor vehicles no fault which is series 17-72. Is all the information studying for those series make all other test way easier i wanted to know. So i can buy study materials for that in particular and save money in the mean time while knowing im still getting eboufh educational value to be able to take the other series 17 - lower number sets exam. God lead me to your channel Native to Ellijay Ga I’m a disabled veteran living in Lebanon Tenn now I just graduated college at 50 but no job for us 26 veterans in the program in social media and news editing and no job. So we got a camper and started traveling and investigating veterans stolen homeless funds whole story there. I’ve been investigating I’m a disabled veteran with spinal injuries so getting around can be hard on me at times and while in the Hudvash program worse then section8 and I got a eviction letter for 6 months back rent the one for 8 months I had my receipts showing I paid but the program didn’t pay and I was homeless 51 disabled veteran with spinal injuries living in a car with wife and son. From that point I’ve been trying to expose the who’s what’s where’s and how’s veterans funds being used as a pig bank and I’m have trouble getting out veterans funds in every city of America 🇺🇸 is stolen or misspent the funds in the trillions. California lost $24 billion veterans funds yes lost $24 billion how do you lose $24 billion Florida one city $140 million Cincinnati $31 million why I became homeless Michigan announced $3 billion was given for homeless veterans missing Atlanta I heard section 8 or Hudvash missing money but someone said $76 million misspent I’ve not been able to confirm yet. But I need a new channel and career I’m willing to go anywhere that has a Amazon near by for my families job son and wife 4 years I just need a job and I have tons of schools for my military background but it doesn’t hurt again to try again. So please help me not be left behind and I let the good lord lead me because he leads my through the evil and darkness valleys. I just want be apart of a team again working so I can give back to my outstanding wife and son who trusted in me because I trusted in god blind to everything no direction god lead us out of harms way literally.

Can you do 1 deployment a year and take the rest of the year off?

What is the best way for restoration vendors to build relationships with field adjusters? I have been in restoration for 10 years. I have a lot of great contacts, but the guys who really kill it have great adjuster relationships feeding them work. I have worked with several adjusters when I was in Operations at Servpro, but I could never build an ongoing relationship. My company is National and we are on most TPAs. Contractor Connection, Alacrity, etc. I’m interested in getting advice from an actual adjuster. I’m on the sales side now so I don’t have the exposure to adjusters like I used to in operations. I’d love to get your opinion. Thanks
