Very helpful! Multiple of these reflexes are retained with me. Is this the correct order to do the excercises and how often should you do the excercises and for how long each time? Thanks! Anne

How many reps for each exercise and how many days a week?

You need to do your research with the reflexes... you first need to start with a foundational reflex, especially if there has been ANY stressors or trauma (long birth ending in a C-section)... Moro reflex is also a wonderful reflex to integrate. If you look for OT's with reflex integration training, they will assist you. OT"s, speech therapist refer to reflexes as the "MISSING LINK".
