I put two hockey pucks between the frame and the fender to lift the rear fender on my JD316.

A rock rake and back blade will be tough to find competent versions in Cat 0. Most will be small and very light weight. At least this was the case when I had my 318 and bought a Cat 0 -3 point hitch. On my Wheel Horse GT 14 I installed a Cat 1 set up and got a 60s or 70s, 54" Cat 1 blade and it's built just like a 7 foot blade. Much more competent. My Cat 0 tool bar with single bottom plow, set of discs, cultivators, and tater plows works fine with a set of $2 bushings installed to bring the eyes back down to 5/8" (cat 0 size) Just something I came to realize. After market lower lift arms in Cat 1 are pretty cheap. Top link as well. Enjoy. That 3 point hitch adds a bunch of options for ya.
