Nice video. However, some of your words are misspelled on the slides, like "multiplication" when discussing "por". Correcting the misspelled words on the slides would enhance your credibility in the video.

It is still confusing for some uses. Purpose and reason seem to be the same to me for example. ❤
@Spanishmarks4 ай бұрын
Hi JuanMoreno, i will help you with your question! When differentiating between ‘purpose’ and ‘reason’ there are very subtle differences in English but in Spanish you have to use a different preposition. When we say ‘purpose’ it is the intention of doing something and ‘reason’ is because of something. For example: "Recibí dinero para la investigación" "I received money for the research" In this example I have received money in order to carry out a research - it is the purpose so use ‘para’ "Recibí dinero por la investigación" "I received money for the research" The reason why I received the money is because I did the research and am getting paid for it - it is the reason so use ‘por’ If you like our we offer a free 1-to-1 Spanish lesson and one of our teachers can explain the differences between ‘por’ and ‘para’ to you in more detail. I love these videos it makes it easier to understand why how and when to say things !

Hi @Kelseybby44 Thank you and we are very glad to hear you found the video useful. ‘Tener’ is a very useful verb to know when learning Spanish. Especially because in English for many sentences we use the verb ’to be’, whereas in Spanish in the same sentences we use the verb ‘tener’; ’to have’. For example: "I am 30 years old" "Tengo treinta años" Literal translation is - I have 30 years.
