The main reason to install concrete / EPS docks is to avoid the maintenance and comparably shorter lifespan of timber docks. Good luck finding customers. They will be asking for their money back in 5 years.

So, you could build a house on something like this, then. OR, even better, raise the existing house up, off the foundation, and install these under the house.

This is the most ridiculously complicated dock I have ever seen. Got to be a joke that some pot-smoking designer thru out just to show how smart he was under the influence. Who would go to all this trouble. The labor alone for this Profloat system would cost more than a foam billet and wood deck type dock would cost built and installed.
