My Christmas has kinda gone south , this year. My 42 year old step son , screamed profanity at me for accidentally calling his new girlfriend by his old girlfriend’s name, at Christmas dinner. I kept my cool , and apologized to her. But my soul has been full of anger this week. It’s put a strain on a marriage I cherish. I keep telling myself that god will take care of it. I’m sorta at a loss right now.

I ve suffered a lot in my life. I guess we all have our crosses to bare. I had a wife of 33 years die from n my arms, of a embel isim. Nearly died myself of kidney failure. My brother saved me with a kidney of his. Seen more drought and thin cows, slung more feed in my 61 years , than I care to remember. But I kept my faith. Even though I don’t show up at church much. I remarried, have 10!head of grandkids I’m real proud of, 80 head of cows I enjoy. Life is good, and we do heal. But like Kevin said, you won’t heal , sittin around moanin. Life will knock you down hard sometimes. Get a handful of mane and horn. Step on, and move on.

Good words. Yes I know where my section harrows are. I have stacked old worn out truck tires and wheels for added weight and also so I can see them hiding in the grass.

Hope it doesn't sound too petty or shallow but to be honest, I have to say, I'm thankful that I've found your channel! My wife and I struggle to find a church that can help us grow spiritually. Some are more interested in what service you can bring or how much money you can donate. But they only READ the Bible to you. They don't teach the Bible. And some even still, don't PRACTICE the Word they claim to preach. With your channel, we are TAUGHT the Word! And I'm thankful for that. Or maybe it's just the setting in which it's taught. I have learned and believe that whether it's a hay field or a tool room, any place can be a church, as long as two or more are gathered in His name! Have a Blessed Thanksgiving Kevin!
