I think my favorite thing outside of your chemistry is the way you overlap the dialogue to make it feel more naturalistic. The bar scene in particular stood out to me as really fun. It makes the tension build more naturally and emulates the feeling of a chaotic setting really well.

This was very clever. The equilibrium of classical music, our lead clearly enjoying the act of cooking, likely more than he does the meal itself. It gives us a calm opening, which is then disturbed. We follow the lead as the lights dim and the music becomes daunting. We feel that the lead is in danger and that something is after him as he travels in search of the disturbance, and while he might feel secure with the knife in hand, we (strangely) do not. Then once the lead is satisfied he is safe, he returns to his task, whilst the audience is perplexed and still waiting for the other shoe to drop. Only for the boots to belong to our lead as he reveals his sinister truth to us. The classical music plays once more and we are left dumbfounded and disturbed. Truly and brilliantly made piece.
