I carry FPS in my hip pocket every day. My ID has a small pic of me on the reverse that fills the half moon hole on the outside, gives it a purpose. My internal ID becomes the slide as I’m lookin/showing how much $ I have to bet on the outcome of the effect. Also a Razor wallet goes in my front pocket for mentalism & a few other effects. Agree about teaching.

How does it compare to Kolosal Killer?
@misterwizzerd
@misterwizzerd 10 ай бұрын
It doesn’t compare… Not as in it’s better or worse, but in the sense that they’re two very different approaches to what feels like the same outcome to the spectator. One uses equivoque, while the other uses a linguistic subtlety. One uses gaffed cards whose faces can’t be shown completely freely. The other uses cards whose faces can be fully shown, but the backs can only be shown occasionally. One uses 6 cards, one uses 16. I guess my best suggestion would be to try both. As for cost, I would argue that you get more bang for your buck with KK, but the shadow wallet is still definitely worth its price tag.

He didn’t have a set release date when I made this video. Price when I last spoke to Tony was going to be $75. You could try to contact Tony through messenger or through his website to see if he has any more made up yet. In my experience, he has always been pretty responsive

I find it hard to believe that the spectators wouldn’t want to examine the keychain. Everytime there is a linking effect, laymen would suspect that there is a “gap”. This is a very logical assumption after all. Not to mention that everyone knows the secret behind the Chinese linking rings, laymen or not.

In my experience, Pro Flite was NOT durable. The instructions? Amazing. Nick Einhorn? One of my favorites period. The routine included in Pro-Flite? Outstanding! But I have to say as an honest the gimmick eventually did ware out and it can't be used as your key-chain.

4K color vision cube cannot be examined at the end! Big disadvantage. I like Dan's more!
@misterwizzerd
@misterwizzerd 2 жыл бұрын
Why would it need to be examined? The need to have everything examined is something magicians care about, not laymen. If performed correctly, no spectator will want to examine it. Furthermore, Brent covers a simple switch for those obsessed with having everything examined. That being said, I'm glad you like Dan's release... It's a great release. Different strokes for different folks. 🙂

@@misterwizzerd If something is almost too impossible, people start to susspect. Also. in his demo, he tries to over prove and question things in front of the spectator. He says, some may think it is the box, some think the cube is weighted, etc. This gets the spectator to wonder why he is drawing attention to several methods. This turns it into a puzzle and a challenge for the spectator. Hey if you like this, then good on you. Like you said. Different strokes for different folks. I am not saying you are wrong. Just not my style of performing. Cheers!

For the price there has never been such a nice wallet for Magic (I would pay double, even triple for a leather wallet) the slot is large enough to hold PB60/ Extreme burn. They even send you envelopes! And the loading is just as easy and in many cases easier than other wallets. I own the FPS as well as any other wallet but I honestly like this wallet design so much better.

Just a note that I received mine a few weeks back a d whilst I initially liked it it has already started to come apart. The stitching is good but some parts of the wallet are glued together (where slide goes into) and this has simply come unstuck. Can't complain for the price but a title disappointed none the less.

One thing I don't like is how fiddly it can be getting a business card into the necessary compartment if it's loaded ready for the 'think a card' routine. Otherwise, this is a great piece of mentalism kit.
