Hello di, Can you please give some tips on how one can overcome mental and physical exhaustion. I have always been consistent in my studies. I do whatever it needs to be done. But sometimes it's like that ki mujhe pta h ki mujhe krna h pr my body isn't supporting me on that. I'm a diabetes patient. A little misbalance in my academics take a huge troll on my health. Or ab toh aisa lg rha h ki I'm loosing my motivation, kyoki even after giving everything, I'm not getting the results. And this again creates a lot of hindrance in my mental as well as physical health. Please di, guide me, I don't know what do do anymore.

girl you need help fr. In this video you have clearly supported ragging without any hesitation, hope you know it's a criminal offence (doctor ho itna toh pata hoga hi). Here's my pov: Just because someone is one year ahead of you in academics , that doesn't mean they can rag you. Even the juniors have cleared the same fcking exam which the seniors have. And talking about helping during exams, doubts , etc , can't they do it without ragging? Is it like an important criteria that they can't help without raging someone? Or is it an ego thing? wanna prove themselves dominant? Sometimes education doesn't bring intellect!

As a doctor, wouldn’t you agree that a healthy learning environment is built on mutual respect rather than intimidation? Ok bro than you must not support ragging when you clear neet , enter the college. If anything happens just go to the authorities and complain about those seniors to them , is that okay?? bhai dont deserve attention bas sympathy gain karti ho tum, ek side pe you are making vids for mental stress by academics while here you are normalizing the most sensative thing ragging. teko pata bhi hai ragging ki vaja se bacche kitne depressed hote hai, agr tu dr bani na bhem i will be really ashemmed bcz ek time tha jab tu tere academics ko kosti thi and ragging kr rahi thi dusre baccho ki. agr tuzhe ragging normal lagti na bhen to padhai ko leke roya bhi mat kar bhen you failed.

How to stop ragging. Parliament needs to pass a simple law- Any student found guilty of ragging will have all his degrees cancelled. And if ragging happens more than once in a medical college the principal of the college will have his license as a doctor cancelled for 15 years.

The amount of absurdity you have is insane. You are doing ragging then outright admitting it. It takes so much heart to done it. You are cheap to think that ragging is normal.
