But is there an electronic wand control instead of the mechanical one ?

Most sail numbers are in black with a few in red & a few in blue. Is there an official rule or just personal choice?

Would love to know how you have mounted it. We have just taken our Weber Baby Q out of the box and are looking at a few options. I love the rod holder bbq tong holders. Looks great.

Obvious question. So where does it sit v the waszp?
@weatheranddarkness7 ай бұрын
Ya, the waszp is essentially the same concept. But I guess it's not as "state of the art" anymore?

It seems that every 5-10 years there is a spin off one design moth. Non have really take off Soo I'm not sure what this is aimed at. Would be better off geting a used moth and tweaking it once your skills are what slows you down.
@Alex-md6bu7 ай бұрын
The waszp took the principles of a moth and tried to make it out of low cost materials and solve some of the usability challenges of the moth, this is taking the moth concept complete with fancy materials and usability quirks and turns it into a one design
@jonas26744 ай бұрын
@@lex1233the last one that really took off was the Europe dinghy, but it's by now 60 years old
@lex12334 ай бұрын
@@jonas2674 well there you go , I learn something new every day. Didn't know the Europe was from the moth class.

Would you use this on your mainsheet block on an ILCA?
@Team33Team3311 ай бұрын
I wish my crew were as involved as these young lads. maybe we'd get some results instead of using the boat as an excuse to clear out the cobwebs and hang overs of the day before, only to start straight away again at the club bar ....... We do get some very honorable results, but it's mainly down to the boat. Pity.

"What" not using a kill cord.... That's not very good practice is it. :(
@yachtsandyachting Жыл бұрын
It's not a traditional kill cord in the same way as on a RIB. The button requires positive pressure on the throttle to be on. As soon as a hand leaves the handle the propeller stops.
