Why are RV companies always using small, shallow round sinks for the kitchen? Square or rectangular sinks are so much more practical.

Why not have the lounge area continuing from the front seats naturally and toilet+shower at the back, also allowing outside use of shower/water outlet...

The interior of this van is just an absolute masterpiece, so many clever ideas and beautifully done. I think some of those stairs are little top-opening cupboards too! Hopefully you can get it with a more typical pop-top with a bigger bed. But really, wow. Thanks for the video!

Why do so many manufacturers insist on fitting sky lights. We all love to travel to sunnier climes and once there pull shades over. They are a potential source of damp and leaks , and thats if they don't fly off as in a recent Those Happy Days video . Are any of them unbreakable , large hailstones have been known to destroy them . Ps . Rest of van looks great

So basically a reasonably good and reasonably priced implementation of a totally standard Cali-esque side-kitchen layout, but in a Ford van (and that's not a bad thing). The point about being a multipurpose family vehicle is spot-on and absolutely crucial for people who can't justify a full-on motor home. The rib-style bed but with flatter bench-style seating looks just about perfect! The pop-top canvas maybe not so much. Unfortunately the layout almost completely wastes the offside sliding door, but to be fair that's a difficult problem to solve -- Westfalia's rear-kitchen layouts for the Ford Nugget do better but they lose all the flexible load space; I think maybe Burstner might have cracked it but I bet you can't get them in RHD.

@@celtic-audiophile Utter eyesores on peoples driveways. There is a road nr me where about 5 out of 10 houses ( terraced ) have them on their drives and it looks just like a pikey park.

@@advisorsandy2068 You can buy a house for that amount. Anyone who spends these obscene amounts on such things needs a kick into reality. Mind you 90 % are all old people who have more money than they know what to do with. How would it cost to rent one for a week?? A far far better option in my opinion, and so much more affordable.

Disappointed to be honest. For the price I was expecting to see an overhead pull down bed. I would be irritated having make the dining/seating area into a bed space every night and then revert back in the morning. So it’s not for me,

I like the hide a shower. I usually wash down daily while camping and shower the third day. This is good size for just me alone.

We're living in a world where you can pay £50,000 for a Honda Civic and over £100,000 for a family Volvo. We spent two years spraying billions and billions of pounds into the air, hardly surprising that money was seriously devalued so that everything is expensive now. No such thing as a free lunch.

Pretty cool. My favorite to date. Would have been perfect for my daughter’s traveling soccer (football) days across Montana. 480 miles round trip in Montana to play sports. Get up early to drive 240 miles for an early match and come home 240 miles after the afternoon match. Perfect for traveling and waiting between matches. The weather is unpredictable in the spring and fall. Relax with a good snack between matches with friend, and even napping up top. Just perfect for parents in the last best place that are mobile with children, or just going from the south center to western part of state to watch a Saturday football game at the university of Montana and back, 680 miles. Skiing the Big Sky/Bridger Bowl/Red Lodge during the winter where everything is at least 100 miles. Perfect for a place consisting of 147,000 square miles and approximately 1 million people. A lot of space to cover, and no problem finding a mechanic that can fix a Ford. Fiat might be a problem. No Fiat dealers in 147,000 square miles. Approximately 600 miles across (east to west) borders British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, North and South Dakota, Wyoming and Idaho, with Glacier and Yellowstone national parks. Perfect van. I regularly watch your videos at the gym. Thank you for the distraction.

Love the idea of the fridge opening either way, all fridges should do that. And those sky lights make all the difference in such a small space. Id be more than happy to spend a few weeks touring Scotland in it.

It's great in confined spaces, but in regular homes it's usually not needed. Many fridges can be hinged either way though.
