I just reviewed your footage you are streaming 144p lift up to at least 360 or 480 have much better results.. I'm also checking make sure I have good setup in place signal wise. In your options on watching stream choose the 2nd box and do performance due to nature signal to signal live broadcasting.

Guess find someone with alot subs on your server get them banned evony give everyone chance at their cities 30 days later
