How do you sub-quest that not to consume peaches? Do I just need to keep more than one peach?

Yeah so this is the tricky part, we need to have at least 4 Forager's Huts with at least 1 or 2 workers in each one, so there's always some peaches. This is why I paused at the beginning to plan out the LAYOUT and PRIORITY of each building. So just follow that first part carefully until you have enough Forager's Huts and peaches, and the rest should be easier.

I don’t understand the gastronomy. I have 4 fish and chip pubs up and running and I’m still at 0 on gastronomy.

Gastronomy is a bit tricky. It's not about how many pubs you have, it's about the ingredients. Make sure they are very close to the Fish & Chips shop and make sure they are plenty!

Nice! Quick secret tip: because I was recording for KZbin and wanted to unlock everything in a decent amount, I would keep the game playing while charging during the night so that I can collect a decent amount of money. I was playing on iPad, so it was fine for me. BUT you should take your time and enjoy the game!
