Babies going to take what it needs from you. If the prenatal youre taking is making you sick there are others you can try, including otc gummies. Hope you feel better soon, and congratulations! ❤

I think its better to take them in the morning, with some food. Nothing crazy, just a little fruit would be ok. I hope it helps.

I’m 41 & had 4 boys (yrs ago) Prenatal vits always made me super sick. If u eat something beforehand & give it 30 mins or so then take ur prenatals it might help. Congrats & good luck ❤ it’s better to take them in am too bc it can keep u up @ night but it’s up to u.
