As I cook I clean up as much as I can so by the time I'm done cooking, I won't have much to clean up.

@Sandranwanza, You were right my dear sister. The Chef talked too much! What is the relationship between preparing the Great Edikang Ikong and the unsollicited lecture on socio-economics; moral instruction etc. Back to Edikang Ikong The Great 2. The sauce could be served with * Boiled yam * Half ripe plantain * Boiled unripe plantain * Boiled sweet potatoes * Boiled ordinary potatoes * Ready-to-eat boiled white rice. Enjoy your meal!

@Sandranwanza, Please she did not talk too much. She was simply offering basic information to those who may be absolute beginners. Cheers!

Nice one, but you talk too much and too long, I advise you go open a motivational speech page, and use here strictly for cooking , instead of talking too much while cooking

In university we all made con-co rice. What the ingredients were depended on how broke you were. At the very least, rice, salt, chill and oil.😂😂😂
