Can you make one full episode covering Abu Dhabi real estate market. Most of your episodes just cover 1 to 2 mins on Abu Dhabi. That's not what she said. Our work is based on referrals and we have to reward people that refer clients to us. This is how you actually build your career as a real estate agent all over the world. Nothing wrong about it.

This is not what I said actually, I talked about the referral scheme which is a very intelligent method of scaling your business, as its proven successful for us already. 6 years of clients buying from me, without 'paying' them my commission.
