Legend! I still remember his video from the early 2000s with his voice-over. It was giving me goosebumps. ‘I live the lifestyle of pain, determination, and self-discipline…’ 🔥 Beast 🧪 Is that video still online?

Dancing Doug is one of the pioneers of Breaking. 1st generation, from Harlem. I know Douglas. kzbin.info/www/bejne/emrOhWR3maaAm9Esi=nZtmB56fWsU6zb7Q
What power moves are easier to safely do in your 40's? What ones are not as safe?

Nasty Ray said that you should learn 6+ transitions into and out of all your moves. That way, a mistake can be saved and look seamless. Nobody's perfect, especially if you're pushing your peak, but if you have ways to move on beat and save yourself, then you just turn an accident into freestyle. This is wisdom and hard work coming together.

A simple act but a tough order in this attention economy. It's important to put down our devices... don't let the algorithm take control. Respect Kid David. 🙏

I really wish I have your bravery Kid David, to actually go out there and dance in public. Since I don't always go out battling, I still have that nervousness to actually battle in front of the crowd.
