Did you see the famous Opera Ghost? Did he make an appearance during The Ballet? I wonder how he feels about people coming from all over the World, and into his domain.

Thank you for your vid tour. This is my first trip and first night out for dinner last night. I saw the Eiffel Tower was in pink at one side for the Breast-cancer day. And then it was sparkling silver at 10pm. It was sooo special, beautiful and memorable.

Oh wow, that sounds like such a magical first night in Paris! I’m so glad you enjoyed the tour, and a bit jealous you got to see the Eiffel Tower glitter pink (thats still on my bucket list!). I bet it was absolutely stunning! ✨

Thanks for saying that ❤️ I took a month off to be fully present and soak in the last bits of summer in France with friends and family, but you won’t have to wait much longer, I’ve got a new video dropping this week that I’m very excited about 😊

Did you buy bus tickets before going in the bus? Or you just waited at bus station, go inside the bus then bought the ticket inside? Also is there a queue when you are waiting the return bus? Thanks 😊
@allytravelsАй бұрын
I just bought my ticket on the bus (make sure to have enough change with you as it’s cash only and my driver refused to make change for people). There was a small queue going up and coming down I just paid and got right on the bus and found a seat. The driver told us they normally have a bus sitting there a bit before the scheduled time. I think I got on maybe 5 minutes before and it was fairly full. 😊

@@allytravels thanks a lot. Do you know fastest way from Pompeii to Vesuvius? Is there a direct bus or something?
@allytravelsАй бұрын
It’s the same bus you see here. Pompeii has an entrance just a short walk from the train station that’s across from the bus stop to Vesuvius- I did each on two separate days bc I spent over 8 hours walking around Pompeii. So if you’re doing both in one day I’d arrive right when they open to squeeze both in

This isn't really a guide it's just you videoing your trip. The most important part is how and where to purchase the tram card upon arrival so you don't get fined.

The machines weren’t running the day I filmed since they were under a pollution warning the city made the train free that day. So I wasnt able to film that part. There’s a step by step article in the description with detailed information that you’re welcome to check out 😊

Can 1 Metro card work for 2 persons travelling from JFK to Manhanttan ?
@allytravels2 ай бұрын
Yeah, you just have to swipe twice and be aware that the unlimited card won’t work for air train and is limited to one person - so best to load your card with cash if youre sharing 😊

I was just there, having spent a week. I was going to make a video but didn't. Glad that you did. Nice little overview. I wonder if we had a reading from the same medium. He was very full of himself. I was surprised upon my arrival, I had no expectations before arriving about all that was laid before the community. I arrived not knowing what to expect, though was told it is a mecca for anyone who is Spiritual. A Spiritualist movement that began nearly 200 years ago. Created by folks passionate about what they believed in, willing to take a risk at all costs to create a place of MAGICK. Leaving their homes in SENECA, NY to forge a new path, it was pioneering, challenging and miraculous. I was excited to see how it has survived and the care taken to hold onto the past. I arrived hoping maybe for more stewardship, care, compassion and LOVE. I didn't find those things there. Instead I found EGO in abundance, Politics and a sense of a place that was once great, but is now just living in a coma, wondering if it will ever reawaken, with lots of folks struggling to hold onto their power. I found the mediums and psychics more performative than anything else. It felt more like I was on fishing expeditions than readings. As one dedicated to the craft and all things metaphysical practicing for more than 40 years. I found the experience to be more sideshow than it needed to be, oh and lets not forget the condition of the property and those CRAZY Gate fees per person, and for what? I'm still trying to reconcile that. In the end, I am glad that I went, though don't think a return in the future is necessary, unless things change. So much potential, with World Class Educators who present there, I'm just disappointed it has to be in such a subpar way in such a "CAMP LIKE" environment, with little to no amenity's. I personally left deeply saddened for all that it has become. #Lillydale, #Spiritualcommunity, #Spiritualism

how did you travel and how many hours would it take to explore Grasse> Thanks
@allytravels2 ай бұрын
I did a quick afternoon there. Maybe like 5ish hours total exploring. Depending on if you want to do a perfume class, you could easily spend more. I went on the train, which was super easy. I want to say it took about an hour and a half from Antibes, so prob closer to 2 hours if you come from Nice 😊

I've always meant to go to Lily Dale... never got there. There is a place here in Florida called Casa Dega, we went there. There were more hauntings in my own home than there were in the most haunted hotel (as advertised) in Casa Dega. We were the only guests in that hotel when we arrived. Somewhere around midnight I went down to explore the main lobby... there were some new guests there complete with I pad apps and they were holding the pad up and searching around for ghosts. I stood behind them for atleast a good ten minutes... they never knew I was there, I wondered how on earth they would spot a ghost? LOL. There was nothing haunted about the entire place. We were terribly disappointed. We left a day early. We did get a good psychic reading from a psychic , not a medium. She was very accurate with my bf (now my husband) but when it came to my reading, she only repeated everything she said to him. Fair enough. Lily Dale is atleast quaint and has fun fairy scultpures. Thank you for posting this .
@allytravels2 ай бұрын
Oh yes, some of the people from Lily Dale winter there. I’ve heard of it but never been. It sounds like you had a really interesting experience 😂 👻 That’s fantastic you had a good psychic reading. It does kind of make sense she’d repeat things. Did she predict he’d become your husband?

Have booked a vacation in Italy for 2025 and Mount Vesuvius is on the list -- We'll be leaving Naples heading to Mount Vesuvius and then to Positano. Appreciate the transportation tips in this video, will be on the lookout for more of your stuff! What travels do you have planned in the near future?

I’ve got so many amazing travels coming up, including NYC, a bunch of Europe, (just packing now actually), and even a jaunt to Africa! It’s going to be epic, so stay tuned ;)

How do you deal with the normalized crime?
@allytravels3 ай бұрын
There’s crime everywhere in the world, some places it just gets reported on more than others - I’ve lived in the city over a decade and never had any issues 🤷♀️ I’d say just be aware of your surroundings, and don’t leave your things unattended

Does getting the metro unlimited card also cover the Airtrain or is it separate?
@allytravels3 ай бұрын
Unfortunately it’s separate. But the good is you can just tap to pay with a CC, so you won’t need wait in line to load extra onto your card

I’m traveling to Italy next month! I appreciate your videos and suggestions! What was the name of the train station before the Garibaldi station?
@allytravels3 ай бұрын
Oh that makes me so excited to hear! The station I used is Porta Nolana. It’s a smaller station, a super short way from the bigger main Garibaldi Station, but worth it to begin your journey there to easily score a seat. Also don’t miss out on eating at Sorbillo’s - I still think about how amazing their pizza was!
