If youon a budget instead of a tongue scraper you can just use your toothbrush to brush your tongue top and bottom. Some toothbrushes have a textured back of bristle specifically for this purpose. I also gently run the brush over the inside my cheeks and lips. Get it all the way clean. Tip 2. ALWAYS was body from top down. Skip ass and kitty until EVERYTHING ELSE is washed. Once EVERYTHING ELSE is clean THEN you do kitty first ass 2nd. Even if washing w antibacterial soap you NEVER was these parts until EVERYTHING ELSE is done. Think about it do you want stray shit being rubbed onto your face?

Wearing looser, breathable cotton underwear to bed is healthy. Wearing nothing stops preventing anything in your bed from getting on or inside. Also, I would recommend waxing over shaving. There’s my two cents.

these tips are really helpful however you still get the benefits of toothpaste when you rinse- the bacteria comes off with the act of brushing and the toothpaste helps. It's really only important to not rinse if you're using a toothpaste that contains fluoride

You didn't emphasize flossing as much when you covered oral hygiene. Your tounge does harbor a lot of bacteria but literal food particles stick between your teeth. Magnesium spray instead of deodorant, seriously, haven’t worn deodorant in 7 months. Takes a week for your body to detox but it’s so much better for you.

Don't use toothpaste with fluoride because it is really poisonous to our bodies. If you know what I know about fluoride you would never brush your teeth again. No fluoride!
