That car would last about 15 minutes in the Bay Area. We have potholes so deep it defies description. Take a nice leisurely drive on one of our many chunked up freeways and slam into a world-class pothole at 70 mph and you've just turned a round wheel into something wholly other. Once that forward part of the wheel hits the front wall of the pothole, not only will you lose the wheel but don't be surprised if a couple of teeth get jarred loose, and your L-4 and L-5 vertebrae get knocked out of whack. Hopefully the roads in your area are fairly smooth!! Out here, it's pretty wicked.
